The Central Heights Soccer Club started its season on January 9.
The boys’ team, coached by Coach Joshua, started their season by playing against the Nacogdoches JV team. This marks the first game for the boys’ team. Unfortunately, the boys lost with the final score being 0-6. This may be a loss for the boys, but they are just getting started. The boys will have their next game on Friday, January 12 against Diboll.
On the same day, The girls’ team, coached by Matt Hamilton, played against Bullard making this the second game they played this season, an away game that the girls tragically lost with the final score being 0-10. The girls will have their next game on Monday against Carlisle.
Even though both teams suffered defeat, they are still both enthusiastic and working work to get the job done. This is just the beginning for the Central Heights Soccer Club this season.
