This year’s Senior pep rally just took place last Friday, May 9. Many pictures of the various clubs and organizations were taken. So many Seniors brought accessories to wear for pictures such as medals, prom sashes, and even a fishing pole for the Seniors on the fishing team.
After pictures were taken and everyone walked the court, some performances were made by our seniors. Firstly was Jake Barby and Garrett Davis who recreated a a talent show they won in 5th grade. Following that amazing performance was two singing acts. The first was Karina Perez and Marley Moody singing, and the second was Hailey Watts. All three performances were breathtaking, and a good way to end the senior year.
Lastly, some games and activities were played towards the end of the pep rally. The first activity was Senior parent lookalike where some Senior parents dressed up as their son or daughter and the crowd guessed who the senior was. After all the seniors were guessed, the seniors who wanted to participated in a game where the student rusn and jumps onto an air mattress and the first to go down and back up the court wins. There were four teams with people on both ends of the court waiting for the person that was up to tag them in. Following that game was pop the balloon. In this game the student runs and jumps into the person’s lap where the balloon is and pop it. The goal of the game is to be the first team to run out of balloons. After those quick games, there were a few pictures taken by parents and then the pep rally concluded.
