Soccer is kicking into action

If you’re a freshman, or someone looking to get into a sport, come join the soccer club! Coached by Joshua Perez, the assistant basketball coach, the soccer club would love to have you.

The soccer club isn’t just about sports. While soccer itself is the obvious main reason for the club, the entire club has a fun and friendly community built into the roots of the club. If you are interested, come to an open field and watch how the soccer club has fun.

“The soccer club is very welcoming,” club president Victor Romero said. “The club helps you feel like you’re part of something special.”

In previous years, the soccer club has not been recognized by the school officially. However, this year, the club is OFFICIALLY a part of the Central Heights clubs list, so if you’re looking for somewhere to go, something to do, or a place to be, join the soccer club and find a home for yourself in the club’s community!
