The Central Heights Lady Devil volleyball team played in their first district game on Sept. 29. In district, there are always two games everyone looks forward to, senior night and pink out.

Seniors Taylar Russel, Molly Miller, Ellie Davis, Ashlyn Curbow, Reagan Karczewski, Za’Corrie Caldwell and Diana Lobato celebrated their senior night on Friday, Oct. 15. The game was at home against the Hemphill Hornets, where JV started at 4:30 and varsity followed.

The pink out game allows players and spectators to spread awareness for breast cancer. In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Central Heights volleyball is hosting a bake sale during the games with proceeds going to the American Cancer Society.  The Lady Devils will be taking on the Diboll Ladyjacks for the second time in district. The pink out game will take place on Friday, Oct. 15. The night will start with varsity at 4:30 followed by JV.
